or ministers this year? If so who and did you enjoy them?

I’ve seen Nick Vujicic, Dr. Joe Stowell, and Jimmy Evans. How about you? Who have you seen?
Ernest S,

So God doesn’t use men anymore to shepherd or teach his flock?

I have seen Ravi Zacharias and it was awesome. I enjoyed his speech entirely

So who do you follow?

Men or the Spirit of God?

Edit : No. You are not to follow men but you are to follow Christ.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Isn’t it obvious? So how are you to know which men to follow?
Why do you suppose Christ calls all to Him and to follow Him?

Did Christ die for you to listen to men? Or did He die that you might live by Him, have Him indwelling?

If we are to live by Christ’s life then how can you follow any man no matter what they claim? How can you live by Christ while you follow men? Not possible. Of course if you are not living by His life then you could say what you say.

Those who follow Christ will know. They will know God and God will know them. Those who don’t will follow men, and those men will say they are sent to teach you and pastor you.

How many fall at this simple truth?

But of these who seemed to be somewhat, (whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth no man’s person:
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears…

But the Apostles and Prophets are our only authority, Christ Jesus Himself being the chief cornerstone.

It is all there in the Bible, bold as brass.

I know darn well when I say who I have seen and heard that you will haze me for it. If you do not like these men of God, please have the good manners to not make me your scapegoat.

I have seen the last Lester Sumrall who knew God well.

http://www.kimclement.com And he gave a very powerful message on April3,4. April4th he had on his web site and had the video of it. My spiritual soul always gets stirred up to even praise & exercise at the same time.

The Katinas http://www.myspace.com/thekatinas who have been to my Church a few times. My husband liked them.
And they played the song ‘Carry the Cross’ in the movie, ‘The Cross, the Arthur Blessett Story’ and you can hear it at the above web site.
I am totally in love with that song. My spiritual soul is stirred up.

Terry Law was at our Church, River of Life Fellowship, also. And he was the one who had a petition organized so they would have religious freedom in the new Iraqi Constitution. As the first draft didn’t And the final one did indirectly. In that the verbiage declared that the constitution of Iraq would honor all human rights agreements signed by previous Iraqi governments. Iraq was an original signatory to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.
Iraq’s Constitution now guarantees religious freedom.
(I had prayed for this.)

All three of these Ministers/Ministries have answered some of my prayers.

Wow, that’s great you have been blessed this way. I haven’t seen any famous people this year personally. In the past I saw Billy Graham (up close when no one was around), and Benny Hinn, and the man who worked for Jim Bakker, and WJ Murray (son of the late Madelaine Murray O’Hara who took prayer out of the schools). I also saw Herb Ellingwood—in fact he prayed for me for 2 hrs. once at the home of a mutual friend. He was a top advisor for President Ronald Reagan when he was governor of CA and also went to DC with him. I also saw in person Nicky Cruz who laid his hand on me for prayer. None of this was lately.

I’ve seen Yolanda Adams, she is a popular Christian Artist, singer. I saw and met Dr. Tony Evans, Urban Alternative of Dallas TX, but it was not this year. I’ve met Dr. James Dobson, "Focus on the Family." My brother worked for his foundation.
We had Beau Williams to grace our presence – TBN gospel singer!

I love the teachings of Dr. Charles Stanley. He is really inspired and used of the Holy Spirit to churn out the Word of God, in plain and simple form! I would love to meet him. He offer cruises every year, maybe I’ll be able to go on one of them. Hopefully next year!
Thanks for asking.

John Hagee, Joel Olsteen, Joyce Meyers The first two live in Texas. John Hagee is one of my favorite, Joyce Meyers is real good. Joel Olsteen has a true message. I believe most of the time if we live for God he will increase our blessings. With some people, he chooses not to for some reason.

Another one I like is Dr, Jack VanImpe. He is totally phophecy.
