Define a hero from a Christian's perspective?

i am doing a presentation on heroes, and i need to define a hero from a Christian's point of view. also could you maybe say some heroes from the Bible, and the iliad? i also will need to compare and contrast them.

Family person
Puts God first and family second
Realizes that they are not perfect, but are willing to fix their faults
Doesn't put others down and tries to build them up in stead
Works to better their community

Solomon
David
Esther
Ruth
Abraham
Jacob
Isaac
